Terms & Conditions：

1. Product & Quotation

All product prices displayed on this website are factory ex-factory prices, excluding international shipping cost, tax and customs duty. Quotation is valid for 30 days after sending. Product parameters, colors and sizes are subject to the actual physical goods.

2. Order & Payment

– Sample orders: Full payment before shipment

– Bulk wholesale / Custom OEM orders: 30% deposit to arrange production, 70% balance paid before shipment

– We accept T/T, PayPal, Wise cross-border payments. All bank transaction fees shall be borne by the buyer.

3. Production & Delivery

Production lead time is confirmed in writing before order deposit. We will arrange shipment within the agreed time frame. Shipping method can be selected by buyer (express / air / sea), all shipping charges and destination import tax are borne by the buyer.

4. Certification & Compliance

We provide standard safety certification documents matching ordered products. The buyer shall be responsible for local market import customs clearance and local sales compliance requirements of the destination country.

5. Return & Defective Goods

If you receive defective products caused by our production quality problems, we will provide free replacement or compensation after you provide photos/videos as evidence. Damage caused by improper transportation or human use will not be covered by free replacement.

6. Intellectual Property

All custom printed logos, patterns and brand trademarks provided by the buyer shall be legally owned by the buyer. The buyer shall take full legal responsibility if the design involves trademark or copyright infringement.

7. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to adjust the website terms & conditions without prior notice. All orders shall follow the transaction terms confirmed at the time of order placement.
